Hot Honey Chicken

 

Hot Honey Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken tenderloin
  • 1 c panko
  • 1 T Gourmet Simplified Wham! Seasoning or cajun seasoning
  • 1 c sour cream
  • honey
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees
  • Pat dry chicken
  • Mix panko and Wham! or Cajun seasoning with salt and pepper to taste
  • Salt and pepper chicken to taste
  • Brush chicken with sour cream
  • Coat chicken with panko mix
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes
  • Drizzle with honey before serving
