Hot Honey Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken tenderloin
- 1 c panko
- 1 T Gourmet Simplified Wham! Seasoning or cajun seasoning
- 1 c sour cream
- honey
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees
- Pat dry chicken
- Mix panko and Wham! or Cajun seasoning with salt and pepper to taste
- Salt and pepper chicken to taste
- Brush chicken with sour cream
- Coat chicken with panko mix
- Bake for 12-15 minutes
- Drizzle with honey before serving
