Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. blue cheese salad dressing
- 1/2 c. hot sauce
- 2 oz. crumbled blue cheese
- 2 9.75 oz. cans canned chicken breast in water
- Celery and carrot sticks
- Crackers
Instructions
- Set out the cream cheese to warm to room temperature. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, hot sauce and blue cheese crumbles. Drain the canned chicken, break up the chicken with 2 forks, then stir the chicken into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the chicken mixture in a 9” deep dish pie plate. Microwave on High for 5 minutes or until hot, stirring halfway through the cooking time. Spoon the mixture into a small crockpot to serve. Serve with celery and carrot sticks and crackers.
