Pumpkin Pie Filling

Ingredients

  • 2 15 oz. cans pumpkin

  • 3 c. sugar

  • 3 T. flour

  • 3/4 tsp. salt

  • 3/4 tsp. nutmeg

  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon

  • 3/4 tsp. allspice

  • 3/4 tsp. ground ginger

  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves

  • 3 c. evaporated milk

  • 3 beaten eggs

Instructions

  1. Combine everything together adding the eggs last.

  2. Pour the filling into uncooked pie crusts. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
